I spent hours making these chocolate candies… no, I’m just kidding. It only took a few quick minutes to make them! Seriously, there’s only 2 ingredients!

…and that’s one of the many reasons that I love them so much! The other reasons? They’re super healthy, they’re absolutely yummy and there are so many flavors that you can make!

My favorite flavors?

-Double Chocolate
-Chocolate & Almond
-Chocolate Coconut
-Chocolate Goji

These little healthy chocolate candies are perfect for any occasion (Halloween, Birthday’s, Parties, Christmas, Valentines Day) where you are in need of some healthy candy! Kids love them adults love them, we all love them…

This recipe is naturally refined sugar-free, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, grain-free, raw vegan & Paleo // but definitely not fun-free!

Instructions:

-pit and soak dates for 10 minutes

-if you have a high powered blender/ food processor, you can pulse the soaked dates in there until a sticky paste forms

-if you don’t have a blender/ food processor, you can chop the soaked dates and then smash them with the back of a fork until a sticky paste forms

-spread chocolate mixture in a shallow container that has been lined with parchment/ wax paper, flatten mixture with the back of a spoon and freeze for 30-60 minutes

-spoon mixture out and mould into shapes (I like to roll them into little rectangular strips)

-to make the two ingredient chocolate candy (double chocolate), simply dust chocolate candies in additional cacao powder

-to make other flavors, roll the chocolate candies in finely chopped almonds, desiccated coconut or goji berries!

-wrap them in little sheets of parchment/ wax paper (cut to size) and twist the ends

-eat & enjoy!

-trick people into thinking they are eating regular candy… and then tell them it’s healthy

-store in the fridge to keep fresh
