Creamy White Chocolate (healthy, dairy-free, sugar-free, soy-free)

Creamy white chocolate that melts-in-your-mouth, is easy-to-make and is 100% healthy. Who knew that white chocolate could be healthy? This recipe is dairy-free, sugar-free and soy-free; it also contains healthy essential fats.

Ingredients:

-50 grams cacao butter (raw, unprocessed cocoa butter)

-4 tablespoons cold-pressed coconut oil

-4 teaspoons agave syrup

-1/2 teaspoon raw ground vanilla (or pure, unsweetened vanilla extract)

-small pinch of cinnamon

-small pinch of sea salt

-4 tablespoons desiccated coconut

Instructions:

-melt the cacao butter and the coconut oil by pouring boiling water into a large bowl and a placing smaller bowl into the water (without burning your hands or getting water into the small bowl), then place the cacao butter and coconut oil into the small bowl and wait for them to melt.

-in another bowl, mix the desiccated coconut, the vanilla, the sea salt and the cinnamon

-pour the melted cacao butter and coconut oil into the bowl and mix well

-add the agave syrup and continue to mix well

-pour the chocolate mix into an empty ice tray, a chocolate mold or the bottom of an empty container (like a lunch box)

-immediately place into the freezer for 20-30 minutes or until solid

-pop the set white chocolates out of the ice tray, the chocolate mold or out of the container (if you used a container, simply cut or break the chocolate sheet into smaller pieces)

-optional: sprinkle cacao powder (raw, unprocessed cocoa) onto the chocolates

-eat and enjoy

-store chocolates in the fridge
