3 Healthy Weight-loss Smoothie Recipes (sugar-free, dairy-free)

3 Healthy Weight-loss Smoothie Recipes (sugar-free, dairy-free)

In this post, I’m going to show you how to make 3 healthy weight-loss smoothie recipes. I’ve also created a FREE download of these recipes for you to keep.

These 3 smoothie recipes are not just “smoothies recipes”, they are healthy breakfast treats that have been cleverly designed for weight-loss. I created these healthy breakfast smoothie recipes when I was trying to lose weight and get into better shape.

Smoothies made me skinny?

For years, I had tried to lose weight and had gotten nowhere. I had tried so many diets, and so many different exercise plans – but my weight didn’t change at all (much to my constant frustration).

Eventually, I decided to do even more research (than I had ever done before) on the topics of weight-loss, nutrition and exercise – to find the answers (I knew there had to be a simple method that worked).

During my research, I began to realise how important calories are for weight-loss (it comes down to a simple little mathematical equation of calories in versus calories out).

I also began to understand that eating healthy food and getting proper nutrients is even more important than counting calories. The body needs nutrients from food for fat-loss!

After a month of counting every calorie that I ate, I realised that “counting every calorie” was no way of life at all – and so I quickly came up with another plan.

I created a special eating plan and point system that I knew would be easy to follow – using the foods that I loved to eat every day, and letting myself have decent sized portions of the foods I was eating.

As I began to share my eating plans and point system with friends and family, I added foods that I knew they would love to eat too. Eventually the list grew into a comprehensive eating plan guide and point system that was versatile and easy to use (for all of the women that I was working with).

Then I decided to start sharing the specific recipes with other women that I had created while using my point system and eating guide.

WATCH: I’ve also uploaded a video of these 3 smoothie recipes over on my YouTube channel!

The skinny smoothie?

I created these 3 smoothie recipes using my point system – and they were some of the most popular recipes amongst the women that I was working with. These recipes are balanced, they are delicious and most importantly – they are full of healthy nutrients!

I’m not about promoting exclusionary or fad diets, but I am about promoting a healthier and more balanced lifestyle that is affected by the food that we eat, what we drink, the exercise that we do and even how much sleep we get.

I hope that you enjoy using these 3 weight-loss smoothie recipes as much as I do! They are totally healthy – full of healthy fats, good carbs and good protein (if you choose to add or eat protein separately – I sometimes just munch on a handful of raw almonds on the side with my smoothie if I’m out of nut butter).

These smoothie recipes are all 100% healthy, refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free and plant-based.
