How to Get Your Dream Body… Without Diet and Exercise

Can we get our “dream bodies” without diet or exercise?

It’s simple and it can essentially be done. All that you have to do is change your mindset.

You have to change the way that you think and feel about your body.


Your dream body

What is your dream body? Picture it. Do you know someone who has the dream body?

How did you feel when you pictured your dream body or that person with your dream body? Did you feel good about that body or did you feel unhappy and sad that you do not have it?

Did you feel good when you thought about that person who has your dream body, or did you feel jealous and frustrated that you don’t have it?

If you felt sad and unhappy that you do not have that dream body or jealous and frustrated because another person has an amazing body and you don’t, then you are not attracting that body into your life. You are saying “I don’t like that body and I don’t want that body”.

If you think “losing weight is so hard” or “I will never have an amazing body like that”, then you will struggle to lose weight and will never have an amazing body like the one that you want.


IS THIS JUST CRAZY TALK?

Now you may be thinking “Is this girl crazy? What kind of new aged nonsense is she trying to get me into?”

Lol. Okay, for real – I used to think this stuff was a load of rubbish.

But, I’ve come to see that this whole theory comes down to something very simple – and it’s something that can really benefit all of our lives.

The basic concept of this theory is just to realise what you want out of life (because most of us are living a day-to-day life, but we are not even sure what we want out of the future), to focus on what you want to achieve (this is so that achieving goals and getting the dream life can actually be possible – how do you get it, if you don’t know what it is?), and to feel good about the things that you want (do you think it’s easier to get something that you want when you are feeling good or bad?).

And that is all – it’s that simple. No crazy talk here.

What is the law of attraction?

The law of attraction is real and it can bring everything that you want into your life. All you have to do is learn to work with the law of attraction.

“The law of attraction is like a catalogue, presenting you and your life with everything that you could possibly want. When you feel love about a certain something, you are saying yes to it and are attracting it into your life. There are no limits to what you can have.” says Rhonda Byrne, author of The Power

“The positive force of love can create anything good, can increase the good things and change anything in your life. Nothing is impossible for the force of love.”


Working with the law + loving it

If you have bad feelings towards your dream body because you are frustrated, jealous, angry or upset that you do not have it then you are not attracting it into your life.

When you see someone with an amazing body, feel good about it. Be happy that that person has an amazing body. Appreciate that body and think “what a beautiful body”. You have to feel good about it, even if you do not have it.

4 STEPS TO YOUR DREAM BODY

1. Picture your dream body. Picture someone or a few people that have amazing bodies or simply picture the body that you would LOVE to have.

2. Feel GOOD about those bodies. Appreciate that body/ those bodies because they are beautiful. Be happy that those people have amazing bodies. ONLY have good feelings about that body/ those bodies.

3. Picture yourself having an amazing body like that person/ those people or picture yourself having your dream body. How would you act and behave differently to now? How would you think and feel about yourself? Behave, act, think and feel that way. Feel about your body and yourself how you would feel if you had your dream body now. RIGHT NOW, not in the future.

4. LOVE yourself. Feel good about yourself and your body NOW. Feel GOOD about your dream body and feel GOOD about your current body. Only feel love and good feelings for the body that you have and the body that you want.


The most important thing that you can do to get the body that you have always wanted is to LOVE YOUR BODY the way that it is and LOVE YOUR DREAM BODY, equally and fully. Only feel GOOD feelings about your dream body and it will come to you.

Remember to start behaving the way that you would if you had your dream body now. How would you treat your body if it was your dream body?
