The new pudding on the block
A blueberry and almond flax seed pudding that is perfect for a sweet breakfast, a cheeky snack or even a treat.
It’s also delicious added as a topping to smoothie bowls and parfait.
This recipe is sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free – and it’s full of healthy fats, good protein and good carbs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
-1 cup flax seeds
-1 cup blueberries
-1/4 cup raw almonds
-1 large banana
-1 cup almond milk
-1 or 2 teaspoons raw honey
-1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla powder/ extract
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
THE EASY METHOD
-mix the flax seeds, almonds, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla together
-place in a jar and leave to soak in the fridge overnight (about 10 hours)
-smash the banana
-mix the banana, blueberries and honey with the soaked pudding
-serve in a bowl and enjoy!
