a 10 minute full length flat stomach and toned abs workout routine
Here is my abs workout routine for more toned abs, and a flatter stomach! This is a full length 10 minute fitness routine – we’ll be doing 5 exercises, with 2 sets of 12 reps for each exercise (or 2 x 30 second sets).
This workout routine can help you to get a flatter tummy and more toned thighs. This routine is quite quick (it’s only 10 minutes), but can be intense at times (it’s not too intense though) – but the effort will be SO WORTH IT, if you just keep at it!
