Sweet banana slices, creamy avocado and crunchy walnuts served on a bed of fresh greens and drizzled with an easy-to-make balsamic vinaigrette.
A salad that is full of fun delicious flavor and healthy goodness.
-1/8 cup raw walnuts
-1 large handful baby spinach
-1 teaspoon cold-pressed olive oil
-1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (unsweetened and sulfate free)
-a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
-sea salt (to taste)
-rinse fresh ingredients
-remove peel and pit from avocado and slice
-peel banana and slice
-place baby spinach in a bowl and top with avocado and banana slices
-add walnuts to salad
-drizzle salad with dressing
-in a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice & sea salt together until well blended
-drizzle over salad
-serve fresh, eat and enjoy!
