￼Feeling blue or melon-cholic?
That’s just my joke, but seriously – I created this delicious blueberry & melon smoothie specifically to revive and revitalise the body… and it does just that, while tasting absolutely amazing!
If I am ever feeling worn out, tired or a little blue… or if I feel like I need to cleanse & detox my body while getting a boost of healthy energy then I make this smoothie. It really works – I always feel refreshed, happy, cleansed and full of life after sipping on one of these.
This easy recipe is 100% healthy, sugar-free, dairy-free, soy-free AND it contains healthy essential fast + good carbs.

-2 cups blueberries (frozen)
-2 cups chopped cantaloupe melon
-1/2 cup coconut water (or water)
-ice to taste
-remove peel & seeds from melon and avocado
-blend the blueberries, melon, avocado and coconut water (or water) together until smooth
-add ice to taste
-serve chilled, drink & enjoy being refresh and revived!
