Easy healthy meal prep recipes and ideas

Today, I really wanted to share some healthy meal prep tips and ideas with you. Let’s just be honest – following a healthier diet isn’t always the easiest thing in the world. When I’m really busy (which I usually am every week), doing a bit of meal prep a head of time usually makes my life so much easier! And doing meal prep doesn’t have to take long at all (like how about making a double serving of dinner and saving some for lunch the next day?).

Watch the video to get some of my top meal prepping tips and recipes!

So that’s the easy healthy meal prep ideas and recipes that I’ll be sharing with you today!

I hope you enjoyed this video and enjoyed doing some healthy meal prep with me, and also found it helpful in some way.

    Hi Liezl,

I love following you for inspiration and ideas on youtube! I am almost 200 pounds I’m guessing. I stopped weighing myself. I am really bad at binge eating.

I love food so much. Once I start dieting sometimes I don’t even make it through lunch and I’m stuffing myself because I feel so hungry…not sure if I’m just addicted to food or what but I have never weight this much and I don’t know what to do! Any ideas?

It’s all about self control , if you have that craving feeling try to block it out and drink lots of water. It will help with the cravings. I used to have the same issue but now I’m getting better. After a week you’ll see that you will manage more easily due to your stomach shrinking. You won’t be hungry as much. Hope this helps.

I am exactly the same. I’ve been struggling with Binge Eating for 10 years. I weigh over 200 pounds. I’d love to help you! Its almost the new year, so im going to give healthy, whole food eating a try. Just water doesn’t suffice. You need to have a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner with snacks in-between.
