an 8 minute full length toned arms workout routine
Here is my arms workout routine that I use for getting more toned arms, and for losing arm fat! This is a full length 8 minute fitness routine – we’ll be doing 5 exercises, with 2 sets of 12 reps for each exercise.
This workout routine can help you to lose arm fat and more toned more toned arms. Making the effort to do this quick routine regularly will be SO WORTH IT – if you just keep at it!
