How to Make Instant Almond Milk (2 Ingredients)

This is a really easy recipe for making instant almond milk – it’s such a life saver.
Have you ever avoided making your own almond milk at home because it feels like such an effort? I know that I’ve been there, but you don’t necessarily need a nut milk bag and a bunch of free time to make almond milk.
This almond milk recipe is pretty much instant and it only requires 2 simple ingredients. I always use this recipe if I don’t have any almond milk in the fridge and need some asap!

It’s great for cookie dunking, perfect for making creamy smoothies or eaten with cereals – or enjoyed with homemade granola (my fave).
THE EASY RECIPE
Ingredients:
-1 to 2 cups water
-1 to 2 teaspoons almond butter
Instructions:
-blend the water and almond butter together until smooth and white (30-60 seconds should do the trick)
-serve immediately or leave in the fridge to chill (you can also use chilled water)
-you may need to shake it up again if it settles while in the fridge
-enjoy!
