WEIGHT-LOSS MORNING ROUTINE
My morning routine for losing weight
Hey guys! I’ve just shared my weight-loss morning routine over on my YouTube channel for you. This is the exact routine that I used pretty much every morning, while I was trying to lose weight – and so I thought you might be interested in seeing it (as you know, I’ve lost 40 Lbs).
I’ve also typed up my full breakfast recipe below for you.

FREE 3 DAY EATING PLAN
CHOCOLATE OVERNIGHT OATS
-1/2 cup rolled oats (dry)
-2 teaspoons chia seeds
-1/2 cup water
-2 teaspoons cacao powder (raw unsweetened cocoa)
-pinch vanilla extract (optional)
-1 or 2 teaspoons *sweetener (optional)
-1 Tablespoon unsweetened almond butter (or another nut butter)
-fresh fruit of choice (berries or banana are my faves)
-mix the oats, chia seeds and water together in a jar or cup
-cover and store in the fridge overnight
-in the morning, add the cacao, cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener (optional)
-mix again and serve in a bowl (or eat out of the jar)
-top with 1 Tablespoon nut butter and fresh fruit
(serves one – roughly *340 to 400 calories)
*Try a healthier sweetener such as 100% pure maple syrup, raw honey, xylitol or stevia.
*Calories per serving depends on sweetener added and fruit used.
