Here’s what I like to use…
-1/2 cup frozen cranberries (can use fresh)
-1 banana (fresh or frozen)
-1/4 to 1/2 avocado
-1/2 cup water
-1 teaspoon ground vanilla powder/ pure vanilla extract
-1 teaspoon pure agave syrup (optional/ or to taste)
-ice to taste
Ps. You can use unsweetened almond milk instead of water if you’d like!
-peel, slice & freeze the banana (if using frozen)
-peel & pit the avocado
-blend the banana, frozen cranberries, avocado, vanilla, cinnamon and water (or almond milk) together until smooth
-add pure agave syrup to taste (optional)
-add ice to taste (to make it chilled & delicious)
-serve fresh, drink and enjoy every sip!
