The Easiest Homemade Healthy Salad Dressing Recipes!
EASY HEALTHY SALAD DRESSINGS
The easiest salad dressing recipes to make at home
A lot of people who are trying to be healthier, often choose to eat salads for either lunch or for dinner – or for both of these meals! Which is great, but what often happens is that while the salad itself is obviously (usually) healthier – the salads dressings are often loaded with processed ingredients and refined sugars (not to mention of lots of calories too).
So here in this post, I’m going to show you 2 quick and easy salad dressing recipes, that you can easily make at home.
These recipes are both refined sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free.
You can also watch me make this easy recipes in (this video) on my YouTube channel.
Hope you love them as much as I do!

PS. You can also easily make these dressings at a restaurant (if you’re ordering a salad there). Just ask the waitron for no dressing on your salad, and then ask for these ingredients (listed below) at your table. I do it all the time, and most restaurants have the ingredients!
EVERYDAY BASIC SALAD DRESSING
The first salad dressing recipe is really basic, but I use it pretty much every day!
It’s also super healthy – and the olive oil and fresh lemon juice really enhance the flavors of the salad.
INGREDIENTS:
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
-black pepper
-sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
-In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice
-Add black pepper and sea salt to taste
-Drizzle that over your salad
-Or you can just skip the step of mixing it in a bowl, and just add it straight to your salad
-That’s it, it’s super simple!
MY FAVE SALAD DRESSING
