3 Ingredient Weight-loss Chocolate Recipe (sugar-free, dairy-free)
JUST 3 INGREDIENTS
In this post, I’m going to show you how to make my 3 ingredient healthy weight-loss chocolate recipe! This recipe Is a total life saver. I’m a self-confessed chocaholic and this recipe helps me to get my chocolate fix in a healthier way.
The Skinny Chocaholic?
Is there anything better in life than healthy chocolate that you can eat even when you are trying to lose weight? Sometimes I’m not sure if there is anything better than that… and that is why I am literally OBSESSED with this easy 3 ingredient healthy weight-loss chocolate recipe.
When I was trying to lose weight, I quickly realised that if I “banned” myself from eating chocolate completely then I would crave it all the time. This type of thing could sometimes lead to a binge where I would suddenly eat an entire bar or slab of unhealthy, processed chocolate. Then my eating plan would be derailed and I’d feel as if I was back at square one. Not fun.
This is the perfect little chocolate serving size for a healthy treat, cheeky snack or a little bite of dessert – even if you are trying to lose weight. And it’s totally guilt-free (totally healthy)!
This easy recipe is 100% refined sugar, dairy and gluten-free. It’s full of healthy fats, good carbs and good protein (depending on extra ingredients like nuts, dried fruit, seeds, etc.) – AND it’s also full of powerful antioxidants and other good nutrients!
I hope that you LOVE using this recipe as much as I do!
Much love, Liezl Jayne xo
