Cinnamon & Rosemary Baked Sweet Potato Fries
SWEET POTATO FRIES + A TWIST
Sweet potato fries baked to perfection with cinnamon, rosemary and sea salt – and served with creamy tahini for dipping.
These sweet potato fries can be baked in a few minutes and are full of delicious flavor with cinnamon and rosemary (an unusual combination I’ll admit, but they’re totally delish). I love having them for lunch or a snack, or with my dinner!
Totally healthy and naturally gluten-free. Sweet potatoes are a great source of healthy carbs.

THE RECIPE
Ingredients:
-4 or 5 medium sweet potatoes
-1 tablespoon cold-pressed macadamia nut oil
-2 teaspoons cinnamon
-2 teaspoons dried rosemary
-pinch of sea salt
♥
Instructions:
-preheat oven to 180 degree’s Celsius (360 F)
-rinse sweet potatoes
-peel sweet potatoes (optional) but I like to leave the peels on
-slice sweet potatoes to make either thin or thick fries (depending on what you like – I like to cut mine into 1 or 2 cm slices)
-place sweet potato slices onto a baking tray
-drizzle with the macadamia nut oil & sprinkle with the cinnamon, rosemary and sea salt
-toss the sweet potato fries so that they are evenly covered with the oil & spices
-place tray into the preheated oven and bake for 20-40 minutes (or until baked to your satisfaction – I usually do 30 minutes)
-serve fresh, eat & enjoy!
Serving suggestions you’ll love:
-serve with pure tahini for dipping (my favorite!)
-or with another sauce/ dip of choice
-or with a meal
-or enjoy simply on their own (so yummy!)
