Easy Banana Yogurt Smoothie (dairy-free, sugar-free)
Banana Yogurt Smoothie Love
This is the easiest smoothie recipe ever – which is why I love it so much. It’s great for busy mornings, when you still need a nutritious breakfast. It’s refreshing, but still filling – and it also happens to be conveniently low in calories!
This recipe is healthy, sugar-free and dairy-free (depending on what yogurt you use – I use coconut yogurt, but you can use dairy yogurt too).
This recipe also contains good carbs (from the banana), healthy fats and good protein (from the yogurt and optional nut butter) – so it’s a well balanced breakfast smoothie!
