My Signature Blueberry Smoothie (dairy-free, sugar-free)

Blueberry Smoothie Obsessed

This blueberry smoothie is classic go-to smoothie recipe, and my absolute all time fave – you could call it my signature smoothie recipe.

I’m obsessed with blueberries (I think they are the most perfect fruit), and so I really wanted to create a creamy blueberry smoothie that didn’t require any dairy (because I’m allergic to dairy). This recipe is also low in calories (good for weight-loss), and full of nutrients!

I’ve been making this smoothie recipe for the past few years, so I’m surprised that I’m only sharing this recipe on the blog now (better late than never, sorry guys!).

To make my smoothie recipes creamy without dairy, I often use avocado – this might seem strange if you’ve never tried it, but it’s amazing. Avocado adds essential healthy fats and makes it super creamy.

This easy recipe is both dairy-free and sugar-free. It also contains good fats (avocado), good carbs (blueberries and banana), and good protein (if you add the nut butter).

I hope that you love my fave blueberry smoothie recipe as much as I do! xo
