Healthy Nutella-For-One (dairy-free, sugar-free)
Healthy Nutella? Yes Please
Sometimes we can’t help it, we just get chocolate cravings! However, there are ways to satisfy chocolate cravings in a healthy way.
Making this one-serving healthy “nutella” is the perfect way to get your chocolate fix. It takes less than 2 minute to quickly whip it up …and most importantly – it satisfies chocolate cravings.
This recipe is naturally refined sugar-free, dairy-free, soy-free and plant-based. It also contains good protein and healthy fats.
I love making this “nutella” and dipping raw almonds or apple slices into it – or spreading it on a slice of my easy gluten-free bread (who doesn’t love nutella toast?)
