4 Healthy “Cocktail” Recipes (sugar-free, vegan)

Here is a cocktail menu with 4 yummy, healthy & easy-to-make cocktails for you to choose from. You can make any of these at home with just a few simple ingredients.
1. Mint, lemon & raspberry crush
Ingredients:
-8 mint leaves
-1/2 cup freshly pressed, pure lemon juice
-4 fresh raspberries
-3/4 cup sparkling water
-ice
Instructions:
-crush the mint leaves
-mix the crushed mint leaves, fresh lemon juice and sparkling water together in a glass
-add the raspberries & stir well
-add ice, drink and enjoy
(serves 1)
2. Grapefruit & lemon sour
Ingredients:
-3/8 cup freshly pressed, pure grapefruit juice
-1/8 cup freshly pressed, pure lemon juice
-1/2 cup sparkling water
-ice
Instructions:
-mix the lemon juice and the grapefruit juice together in a glass
-add the sparkling water
-add ice and garnish with a slice of lemon (optional)
-drink and enjoy

3. Ruby-berry sour
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
-1/2 cup freshly pressed ruby grapefruit juice
-1/4 cup freshly pressed, pure lemon juice
-1/2 cup sparkling water
-ice
Instructions:
-blend the raspberries together with the grapefruit and the lemon juice
-pour into a glass and add the sparkling water
-add ice and garnish with extra raspberries (optional)
-drink and enjoy
(serves 1)
4. Red wine & orange spritzer
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup organic, sulphur-free red wine
-3/4 cup freshly pressed, pure orange juice
-1/2 cup sparkling water
-pinch cinnamon
-ice
Instructions:
-mix the red wine, orange juice and cinnamon together well
-pour into a glass and add the sparkling water
-add ice and garnish with a slice of orange (optional)
-drink and enjoy
(serves 1)
