My butt and legs workout routine

Hey guys! I just uploaded my current butt and legs fitness routine over on my YouTube channel – and so I thought I’d give it a quick share with you here on the blog!

These are currently my favorite exercises to do, to tone and shape the butt and legs. I like to do this workout once a week, and then focus on other abs and arms exercises on other days. You can do 3 sets of 12 reps for each of these exercises.
