I previously shared these 3 weight-loss smoothie recipes here on the blog, but I’ve decided to show you how to make them in a video – which is now over on my YouTube channel.
These recipes are amazing for if you’re trying to lose weight and get into better shape – I’ve lost 40 Lbs, and these have definitely helped me along my journey.
These recipes are 100% dairy-free, sugar-free and gluten-free. They also all contain good protein, whole carbs and some healthy fats too – so they’re well balanced breakfast smoothies.
