Tropical Smoothie Bowl (sugar-free, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free)
A fruity & refreshing tropical smoothie bowl topped with golden toasted tropical granola – that will make you feel as if you have landed in the tropics!
Sit back, relax and escape to a tropical island in your mind for a few minutes // with the help of this fruity smoothie bowl.
This recipe is refined sugar-free, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free & vegan. Totally healthy, thick, creamy, fruity and delicious!
Ingredients:
-2 cups chopped papaya
-1 cup pineapple slices/ chunks (fresh or frozen)
-1 banana (frozen)
-1/4 cup pure coconut water
-1 teaspoon cold-pressed coconut oil
-ice to taste
-1/3 to 1/2 cup tropical granola (click here for recipe)
Instructions:
-peel, slice & freeze banana
-peel & remove seeds from papaya
-peel the pineapple// or use frozen pineapple chunks
-blend the frozen banana slices, papaya, pineapple, coconut oill and pure coconut water together
-add ice to taste & blend until smooth
-serve in a bowl and top with tropical granola
-eat with a spoon & enjoy!
