Here is my butt & thigh workout routine for a bigger butt and more toned thighs! This is a full length 15 minute fitness routine – we’ll be doing 5 exercises, with 2 sets of 12 reps for each exercise.
This workout routine can help you to get slimmer legs, more toned thighs, a more toned butt and a bigger booty. This routine is pretty quick, but can be intense at times (it’s not too intense though) – but the effort will be SO WORTH IT!

omg liezeljayne youre amazing and i cant wait for day three. i have lost 20 kilos so far and hit a plateau by now with me having joined the gym and following youre eating plan ideas iv grown a new taste for veggies that i hated and now just for the last strech to my weight goal. i have in total lost 5 kilos since i started with you meal ideas just perfection. i love it todes. cant wait. for the ext video its amazing stuff youve got going here and yes its almost like you do know better when you have gone through it.
