The easiest way to prep pancakes for the entire week

So a few months ago I was standing at the stove flipping pancakes, and I was thinking I wish I could make these quicker!
I love pancakes so much (I wish I could have them every single morning), but the flipping just takes so long.. and I cannot believe that at that point I had never heard of sheet pan pancakes!

So there’s nothing quite like a freshly flipped pancake right out pan.. but I can prep a WHOLE WEEK of pancakes in like 20 minute (start to finish) when I make sheet pan pancakes. So I would say these have answered my prayers!

In this video and post, I’m prepping healthy breakfast pancakes for the week and I’m making 3 flavors – and even with making all these flavors I can still do it all in 20 minutes..

Apple sheet pan pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
8 eggs (or vegan egg replacer)
1 1/3 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1 medium apple
1 tsp coconut oil
½ tsp cinnamon
⅛ cup chopped pecans
⅛ cup chopped almonds

Toppings
4 tbsp maple syrup (1 tbsp per serving)

Storage
4x 30 oz containers
4x 2 oz containers
(4 servings, 400 cal each)



Chocolate chip sheet pan pancakes (OR Blueberry sheet pan pancakes)

Ingredients
4 medium bananas
8 eggs (or vegan egg replacer)
1 1/3 cups rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (or 1 cup blueberries)
½ tsp coconut oil

Toppings
4 tbsp maple syrup

Storage
4x 30 oz containers
4x 2 oz containers
(4 servings, 400 cal each)
