What I eat in a busy week (high protein, healthy + balanced)

What I’m into right now with eating (and have been for a while) is high protein and balance – so not eating like a body builder, but still high protein and just being balanced in general (and by “balanced” I mean that sometimes you eat a little more unhealthy and other times you eat a little more healthy.. and it creates some sort of balance).

I’ve done ‘what I eat in a day’ videos before on my YouTube channel, but I’ve never done a ‘what I eat in a week’ video before (and I think it’s quite different to see a full week as opposed to one day). So I’m gonna show you a “typical” week of eating for me.. I mean they’re always a bit different but you’ll see this week!

All my meals/ snacks/ recipes are gluten and dairy-free.
