    Thank You Liezl,
    There is still Hope to lose those unhealthy weight gain.
    I was petite also, with curve waist. Now the curves are bulges.
    Maybe I missed it, but I was wondering if you have the dates corresponding to the video? A time line I can follow of your journey? From your very first day. To present year 2018. Which will be my start to the journey.
