With 5 easy-to-make flavor options, these healthy little treats make the ultimate cheeky snack. They are sugar-free, dairy-free & soy-free and therefore guilt-free.

Chocolate ice lolly bites: 

Ingredients:

-1 cup full cream, pure coconut milk (unsweetened and preservative free)

-4 teaspoons cacao powder (raw cocoa powder)

-4 teaspoons agave syrup or 100% pure maple syrup

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

-1/2 teaspoon raw ground vanilla

Instructions:

-add the coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla and the cacao powder to a blender

-blend til smooth

-add the agave or pure maple syrup to the blender

-blend again

-pour the blended mix into empty ice trays (preferably ice trays that make long and thin shapes)

-place in the freezer until frozen

-once frozen, remove from the ice trays

-eat and enjoy (guilt-free)

 

Chocolate-raspberry ice lolly bites:

To make the chocolate-raspberry ice lolly bites, simply make the chocolate ice lolly bites and add frozen raspberries to the ice trays once they have been filled with the chocolate lolly mix. Just pop them in!

-eat and enjoy!

 

Strawberry ice lolly bites:

Ingredients:

-1 cup full cream, pure coconut milk (unsweetened and preservative free)

-10 small-medium fresh strawberries

-2 teaspoons agave syrup

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

-1/2 teaspoon raw ground vanilla

Instructions:

-halve and strawberries and remove the stalks

-add the coconut milk, cinnamon, vanilla, agave syrup and the strawberries to a blender

-blend til smooth

-pour the blended mix into empty ice trays (preferably ice trays that make long and thin shapes)

-place in the freezer until frozen

-once frozen, remove from the ice trays

-eat and enjoy (guilt-free)

 

Raspberry ice lolly bites:

Ingredients:

-1 cup full cream, pure coconut milk (unsweetened and preservative free)

-1 cup frozen raspberries

-2 teaspoons agave syrup

-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

-1/2 teaspoon raw ground vanilla

Instructions:

-blend the coconut milk with the frozen raspberries in a blender

-add the cinnamon, vanilla, agave syrup to the mix

-blend til smooth

-pour the blended mix into empty ice trays (preferably ice trays that make long and thin shapes)

-place in the freezer until frozen

-once frozen, remove from the ice trays

-eat and enjoy (guilt-free)

 

Pimp your raspberry ice lolly bites by adding frozen raspberries to your filled ice tray before you pop them into the freezer!

 

Vanilla-berry ice lolly bites:

Ingredients:

-1 cup full cream, pure coconut milk (unsweetened and preservative free)

-1/2 cup frozen blueberries

-1/2 cup frozen raspberries

-3 teaspoons agave

-1/2 teaspoon raw ground vanilla

Instructions:

-blend the coconut milk, agave and vanilla in a blender until well mixed

-pour the blended mix into empty ice trays (preferably ice trays that make long and thin shapes)

-add the frozen blueberries and frozen raspberries into the filled ice trays by popping them into the vanilla lolly mix

-place in the freezer until frozen

-once frozen, remove from the ice trays

-eat and enjoy (guilt-free)
